Yeah when I was up on the Jacksons, I went to a fan site about the entire family and I first saw Austin around '03 or '04... yeah he's been working on this album for a lonnnnnng time. He made some comment earlier this month (I believe) about how being in the industry is a "constant struggle".

I don't like when artists take eons to make music. At least I just found out about him, so I haven't been anticipating this for a long ass time. lol

Why can't the Jacksons just get regular jobs and stop whoring themselves out using the Jackson name?

Lol Why do they have to get "regular jobs" by your standard? Maybe this is a regular/normal job for them. The entire family has been involved with entertainment business for a long time it's only natural they are interested in making music or becoming an entertainer. I have no problem whatsoever with people putting out interesting material they created especially when it's free. But more than that, if this is what they want to do with their life they should go for it. If they flop they flop I mean what's the big deal, really

ohhh lawd i agree with u soooo damn much who the fuck has the righst to tell them they cant make music they are the musical dynasty of america and they all display talent unlike the bullshit we subjected 2 now like rihanna.katy perry, justin beieber, drake so let these kids do what they feel all this garbage out there now

lowkey

austin hasnt used the jackson name, he uses his real name brown. there is nothing he can do about being related to the jacksons because he is. the mike comparisons cant be escaped,he has a similar voice and he looks very much like a young mj.i say more power to him for going after his dream,i dont see why people should have a problem with him being influenced by mj but not all these other young male singers.

Actually I don't feel that much of MJ from him. I don't know. His voice may remind me more of Janet. lol I am not sure if I'd tell that he's a Jackson if someone played it to me and I didn't know who it was from. Most "pop" artist are trying to sing like Michael.

Listened to it once and not all that impressed, but not dissapointed either. I appreciate the fact that he's not making that autotuned electronic shit that everyone else is producing nowadays.

My favourites are the first two and last song, even though I wish he left the rap out of All I Need.

"When Michael Jackson is just singing and dancing, you just think this is an astonishing talent. And he has had this astounding talent all his life, but we want him to be floored as well. We really donĀ“t like the idea that he could have it all."

There's no point if an artist rushes their music.

There's a difference between a reasonable amount of time and taking nine years to release a mixtape. lol
