If they are just best ofs...im good. They have enough re-releases. I believe all of them have 2 re-released hit collections and Tabu Remastered albums (albeit without extended versions acapellas and dubs) Thats where the money is at. Start putting out those unreleased cuts and 12"s because after that its just milking the cow dry. Straight Jacket Funk Affair

Yes you are right. Although I have most of them on vinyl alot of people dont...shoot I dont think any of their 12" extended versions ever been put on CD Straight Jacket Funk Affair

I, for the LIFE OF ME, will NEVER understand the recording industry's constant b.s.! Where is "On the Rise," "Just the Way You Like It" and "Sands of Time" all remastered and reissued with these 12" mixes from the vaults?! Same goes 4 Cherrelle and 4 Alex. ONE DAY, right? We can only HOPE. Hungry? Just look in the mirror and get fed up. | |

I had never heard of this Demon label but was hoping they were going to do proper CD reissues. I was really looking forward to an expanded reissue for Cherrelle's "Fraigile" and a proper reissue of The SOS Band's "III".

I posted my disappointment on their Facebook page a short while ago and they replied they ill be starting a full-fledged Tabu reissue campaign starting in April. So we should see some good releases soon! Just like the white winged dove... |

My TABU Records Collection...Is it rare? This is sort of in response to getxxxx Re-issue thread...but I just wanted to know if I have something cool here. There are a lot of people looking for TABU recordings.
I still have my Sony, EMI/The Right Stuff & A&M CD pressings of the TABU recordings.
I also have two different copies (Sony & EMI) of Alexander O'Neal's Christmas Album, but that is tucked away with my Christmas CD's.
The EMI re-issues were re-mastered and sound AMAZING! The Sony CD pressing are not bad either. These have NO bonus tracks, but are great to have on CD.
ARE THESE RARE ITEMS NOW!!??
