Best R&B /Soul/ Funk albums 2012???

I need a list...

What are some of the best releases??? FUNKY upbeat or very soulful albums of the year?

Dont put too much at one time and overload me.

I REALLY like a couple of these tracks! Drop Hop album "Croonz" from Alan Evans Trio being my favorite. Those hard pounding snares and against that organ like that
