Jodeci! they just had better songs and the production was off the hook. especially on the last 2 albums. First one had some classic songs, but it was just some New Jack Swing which we allready knew. The ballads were classic!

and 112?? why?

i would compare with H-Town or Mint Condition

Jodeci had the best singles, 112 had the best album, and Blackstreet was probably the most consistent (well, at least until that last album).

I feel like 112 had singles much stronger than their albums...I was disappointed in the first album, it was too slow for me.

112 was just some produced boyband. just liked the tracks only you and cupid. hated the leadsingers voice.

blackstreet and jodeci are whole other league.

from diary of a madband jodeci/devante came with a sound every that every other rnb act was copying. from the drumbeat to the wahwah guitar and the reintroducing of the talkbox. all their albums had a sound that has a theme. the sounds and beats in the show, afterparty, hotel were so fresh and funky. untill today nobody did that.

nod He had this lazy sound, always sounded like he was literally dragged to the studio to sing as if he really wanted to sing backup instead. lol

I've never had anything against Blackstreet...I liked a few of their songs...but really I just saw them as a replacement group for Teddy when "Guy" fell apart. lol

Diary of a Mad Band....pure classsic. Jodeci definitely is a wasted talent. I really like Blackstreet especially anotherlevel. 112 some nice jams. Not in the same talent level as other two.

I think a good comparison would be Diary of a Mad band vs. Dru Hill's first CD. Both classics!

Their debut is one of my favorites of the decade. Other than that, I agree.

112 does not even belong in the same sentence as these two. Sorry.

Only You remix feat. Biggie is still all over the place at clubs and on the radio, it's gone on to become an r&b/hip hop 90's staple.
