For Those Who Love The Funk. All fillers, no killers. Real music by real musicians. This ain't no pop album and it sure ain't by Prince.... http://www.freestylerecor...soul-club/

It's hardly like the music on that compilation is anything new. Those are just snippets of the type of music that can be found elsewhere as well, so pardon us the lack of excitement.

Okay, sorry for putting something up that wasn't new. Personally I find a nicely put together compilation is perfect for me but it's horses for courses I guess.
And for those that do like to find new music then perhaps you'll find something great when browsing around Freestyle Records site. Lots of funk, soul, jazz and northern soul. Who knows you may find something you didn't know was out there. Delivery is fast and efficient aswell.
Highly recommend the Bamboos for those that haven't heard them and also Ray Lugo. Both excellent.

Nah, I just meant that they were simply snippets. At least that's how the player played them back to me when I tried the link.
People post youtube links here all the time, so it's hard to get really excited about short snippets that aren't previews of new stuff.
I know the Bamboos and have had a few of their songs on heavy rotation at one point.

Ordered yesterday afternoon about 2pm, dropped through the letter box this morning. Now that's service!
Also came today was the RnR picture disc I bought from eBay! Oh, and my mobile phone bill
