I never really thought about how young Teddy was making all that awesome stuff.

I also like his mid 80s rap production (Get Fresh Crew, B. Fats, Spoonie Gee, Kool Moe Dee).

Yeah, dude had mad hits under belt as a teenager. Probably most notably "The Show" around '85.

Teddy was around alot longer than most think. He also introduced New Jack Swing in 1985 although people argue in started around later 80s.

Identity

"Groove Me" is so tight of a jam that dancing to it has been cited as one of the leading causes of whiplash. New Jack Swing forever.
