Alot of people I know who heard the leak aren't really feeling it. They say it's too indie rock and not genre-bending enough (like Lupe's L.A.S.E.R.S.).

I'm listening to the whole thing & I rather enjoy it thus far. I like the creativity on it. I feel that Big Boi is one of those rappers can get away with being this "out there" musically. He is one half of Outkast. nod

It just breaks wind in the direction of the playing field where we realize that Prince is so old fashioned sounding.

It's a pretty good album in my opinion. But to me it was a bit too much all over the place, even though it is alot mor popish than he has ever been imo. Some of the coolest guest appearances are Killer Mike, Little Dragon and Asap Rocky. However, Phantogram did great beats, but sounds a bit like she's at the wrong place with her voice. Different styles and textures are meant to compliment eachother, not sound like a random collage. Sometimes I get a feel of a bit "randomness". Killer Mike had a better album this year, and Asap did a better mixtape than this album last year. But no matter how some songs lack the "it" factor, there's something about Big Bois flow that is putting me in a good mood.

He may not have as flashy a persona as andre has created but I think as a rappe r hes light yrs ahead as far as lyrics and flow goes. With his last one it sounded like he wanted to show he could be as eccentric and as ambitious as andre too. I loves me some big boi. I love dre too. Why dont outkast make a new disk? Im not counting idlewilde and definitely not the love below... lol I dk nt even remember nig nois album title off the topn of my head. That was like Kiss whem they released 4 solo albums at once in a way. When you put it like that 12 yrs since outkast had a true release...shit.

Light years ahead of Andre on both flow and lyrics? Andre has always been the most lyrical one, and his flow is flawless. I love both, but I'm sure if Andre managed to release a full rap album, it would be just as good, if not better than both albums big BOI did. And Andre could've produced it all by himself. Andre has killed about every track he went on both as guest rapper, solo rapper and as the other half of Outkast.
