It is supposed to be called "Block PartY" & released last summer. But the oft-delayed project was postponed to September. Now its TBA. People always blamed Prince for Andy's oft-delayed project. But peeps have no idea how hard it is & what goes into releasing an album. It is very difficult now. Especially now since NO ONE is buying albums anymore..I remember 50 Cent being being frustrated that Interscope keep delaying his last album for them. All any label care about now is Beyonce & Rhianna... will ALWAYS think of like a "ACT OF GOD"!
