The vocals on this song almost sound like he is preaching, love it! I prefer this version over the Elvis version. More emotion and soul. I also think the low key of the production makes his voice stands out more on this.
Okay I know I'm going to receive some flack for this ....but I loved Columbus Short when he played Little Walter in that awful movie "Cadillac Records"...in fact, I only watch the first hour of it since that's when you see him the majority of the time. Don't worry, I know that the movie is, for the most part, extremely inaccurate, but Columbus portrayed Little Walter as a sexy bad ass.
Oh and I love this original version of the song too. I've never heard Elvis' version.

I love Cadillac Records. I didn't want to see it because Beyonce was in it. Now one of her lines is my signature
