Never liked this track. Not surprised 'Face did it.

I wasn't feeling it right away when I first heard it on the CD, and was so annoyed one day when my cousin was putting it on repeat when coming over, cause there were better songs I liked on the album. I loved the horns in creep and the sensuality in Red Light Special, especially Chilli's bridge with the guitar, If I Was Your Girlfriend though I thought the words were weird though liking the beat (not realizing it was Prince right away though I'd liked him for years anyway) , Switch, and the last track, something wicked. However once I saw the music video, I went crazy for the hype in it, their outfits, and that concert version they used with the drums and jazzy feel to it with the horns and then I warmed up to the album version. I guess I was raised on 70's and 80's music, so without realizing though at a young age, I already had high expectations in what I heard.

I still prefer the album version over the "concert version".

I've always preferred the live remix over the album version. The original is just too laid back (and yes, I realize that's the point of the song, but still).

Though they became my favourite female group with crazysexycool and I would play it on repeat for all of 95', I was crazy about the singles from the first album and once I got that album I loved it way more, love their upbeat stuff way more, and also what they did on Fanmail with the futuristic sounds and their melodies and lyrics.
