Peter Gabriel So remaster? Did anyone pick up the Peter Gabriel "So" remaster that just came out? If so, what do u think? Which version did u get?

Yes the high res version is fantatsic!
I honestly did not like the mix i had from the original cd.... this one is much louder & crisp.
You get the full scale of the songs Pistols sounded like "Fuck off," wheras The Clash sounded like "Fuck Off, but here's why.."- Thedigitialgardener

I also have the hi res version, which sounds great and lifelike. I hadn't listened to "So" in about 10 years, and it's almost like hearing the album for the first time. This is how a remaster should be done! | |
