10 He has the smoothest clearest vocals of his generation........  will ALWAYS think of  like a "ACT OF GOD"! N another realm. mean of all people who might of been aliens or angels.if found out that wasn't of this earth, would not have been that surprised. R.I.P. |

When he sings in tune and doesn't oversing, he's good. But, I have heard him sound terrible. Sometimes he warbles all over the place. I hate oversinging. | |

He's not bad singer but he is more of a studio singer. There are certain singers who sound better on the record then live. I have watched him live and sometimes I can't get into his singing. He warbles and lot and sometimes out of tune. | |

I'm a Cee-lo fan but his worse performance was when he participated in a tribute to Patti Labelle on BET. He tends to put too much focus on dressing in drag & theatrics instead of just going on and singing the damn song like it should be heard. He could have tore that song up on BET..He had the voice to do it..... will ALWAYS think of like a "ACT OF GOD"! Cee Lo has a unique voice and he can do alot of things with it but Im not that impressed with his singing. His singing is really okay most of the times but it has its moments when it stands out.
I would give his voice a 8. I would give his singing a 5.
