Mariah's Victory Song For Obama, "Bring it on Home"

Mariah Carey celebrates Barack Obama’s victory with “Bring It On Home,” which she penned for the re-elected president. The pop diva performed the inspiring song at a fundraiser for Obama over the summer, and now Jermaine Dupri has released the real studio version.
Mimi took to Twitter to share her happiness over Obama’s win. “Congratulations to our beloved President Barack Obama, our spectacular First Lady Michelle Obama & the adorable Malia & Sasha. We love you!” she tweeted.

what she does with her voice around the 00:30 mark is why I love her. it's always been those little things for me, not the big, high notes.
the song is nice enough for what it is but I wish the production was better. it also reminds me of that gospel version of Through the Rain she did with Kelly Price a few years ago. "what's that book where they're all behind the wardrobe?" | |
