Probably one of my favorite songs from MC! Always loved the energy between Stokley and the guitarist towards the end.

the guitarist name is Foley. He played with Miles Davis for 3 yearz and the cool thing iz that the guitar you're hearin is actually a bass. He had it customized with a tremelo bar 2 make it sound lyke a lead, so he callz it "lead bass"  |

I'm guessing you're talking about O'Dell who doesn't even go by his
first name Homer. O'Dell is serious on guitar. If you see their shows
he really shines on this song and Sometimes. Don't laugh at my funk

I used to like the remix back in the day but it sounds dated
now. I have the remix on cassette. I love the guitars on the
original. Don't laugh at my funk

nah. there'z 2 guitarz on the track and O'Dell is playin the rhythm part. if u got the album the lead is listed right there in the credits as featuring special guest Foley. |
