Other Mentions:

I Will Never Love Another - Five Smooth Stones

I Miss You - David Ruffin

You Don't Love Me - Epitome Of Sound

How I Miss You Baby - Bobby Womack

Why play a sad song when you're depressed? I'll usually play a happy song like "Here Comes the Sun" and feel better.

sun rainbo yes butterfly and all that shit...

Although I can't actually bring myself to do it, I think Sade's music is probably some of the most depressing stuff i can think of. Her music crushes me, which is why I can't listen to it. I was recently feeling down and found myself listening to Nirvana and Pearl Jam. Grunge in my opinion is really depressing, though I know it rocks too. There's a lot of sadness in that style of music.

Funny enough I asked my friend recently what music he finds depressing and his answer was anything by Green Day lol! biggrin

Don't really have particular songs to play when I'm depressed and lonely but I tend to play these two artists when I'm feeling low:

I was waiting for someone to comment on that particular post. Honestly I have never heard that album but based on the reputation that it has I thought it might get a laugh.
