I'm enjoying his album as well.

Except for the "oh-woo-oh-ooh"'s there's nothing to dislike about this.

I am guessing whoever was responsible for the arrangmements couldn't believe his luck that he was handed all the money for something like this in 2012. As far as the production values go, this is a perfect imitation of the late-70s / early-80s production standards. I have to say they've done really good job.

His CD is good, a solid effort dripping with nostalgia. Nothing amazing, though.

I like it. Bruno is talented. This has an early 80s feel to it I'm waiting for music to have a new sound again but I'm not sure when or if that happen Still, Bruno is refreshing in comparison to most of the other popular acts these days...

I think his writing style can be really crass which for some reason is a turn off coming from him. Some artists can get away with talking like that, but hearing it from him is kind of a joke. Especially that bullshit he's talking on "Gorilla."

This one is kind of fun though. Minus the "baby squirrel" intro.

Bruno Mars is an endearing artist, however his voice doesn't fit this type of melody. This should have been an Austin Brown track.

Yeah, I think most people on here would like this track if they gave it a try. I never would of thought Bruno Mars would do a track like this, and despite the corny lyrics (which I don't care about anyway), this is a well produced "homage" or whatever of that early 80's pop/rnb sound.

More authentic then those imitators of 80's sounds like MGMT and whomever a few years ago. You gotta spend money to make it sound like the 80's again, as DIY computer music kits just don't cut it if your going to go back to the 80's or beyond...

I agree! This is truly a great album and I was not a fan of his at all. I'm loving this album. Had it come out no later than September it would have made my top 5 albums of the year.

Yep that's where I got it along with a Nat King Cole Christmas CD with bonus track on there too. I will get to listen on Sunday hopefully.

I really did not like him at all before but if he stays on this path and pushes it even more I will become a fan! He's got a lot of potential.

i just became a fan of his this year, i never really paid much attention to him before. i heard his songs, but never really stopped to listen. now i've went on youtube and watched some of his performances, he really is talented and i hope he continues on this path.

"Treasure" is a fairly charming track. His music is best described as sugar-coated but colorless.
