Miguel - ''Pussy Is Mine'' (Live)

Lifted from the sophomore album Kaleidoscope Dream.

Soaring vocals and a whole lot of reverb.

eek I agree! I was shocked when I found out he was straight. I just assumed he was a flaming queen with some musical skills!

WTF???

Seriously. It's an issue. African American teens and children are exposed to explicit language, sex and violence by the entertainment industry like it's just the most ordinary thing in the world. No one bats an eye. Since the corporations bought out and eliminated all the black owned labels in the 80's, it has become a business model to train African American kids in the art of drug dealing, prostitution, and promiscuity. Music didn't used to be that way. There is no reason why it HAS to be that way now, other than the fact that it's easy money for those that own and truly control the industry. At the end of the day their families and communities are relatively isolated from the damage, but black music has been made into audio cancer for African American families.

I hear ya......but in all honestly, if your mind and mental makeup is that weak that u can be influenced and or controlled by this, then u should be manipulated by it. Black folks have much more serious issues 2 deal with than this.

I like this more than the version on the album.

The guitar part's a bit too sketchy on both though.

I'm talking teens and children... of course their minds can be manipulated and controlled. If you are an African American kid, Hollywood music execs have a business plan to tell you that you have no value to the broader society so anything goes for you... you aren't entitled to morality... enjoy your drugs and porn.... and eventually prison... We have to fix the culture and the music is 90% of the problem right now.
