Let Love Rule is an awesome album - favorite track, Freedom Train

People like to talk shit about where his music has gone but I'll be a fan until the end. He is a brilliant song writer and live, he has never disappointed.

Yeah, I miss the Lenny of the first two albums...he was still sort of derivative but somewhere around the Circus album he turned way too predictable and bland. Ironically, a song on Circus, "Rock and Roll Is Dead" goofs on people acting out the "rock star" image, something that Lenny is particularly good at. Anyway, Let Love Rule is really good (nothing like cranking "Sittin' On Top of The World" and taking some, um, medicinal herbs). "Be", "Rosemary" and "Fear" are other highlights and "I Built THis Garden For Us" is the song that got me into Lenny. Still, for me, "Mama Said" is his masterpiece. Who knew an "I Miss Lisa Bonet" concept album would be so good?

Nah, Cirus was his masterpiece. 5 was decent too. Everything else has been hit and miss for me.

I feel that "Are you Gonna Go My Way" was His Peak&since then He hasn't grown much.things I liked on His First 2 Albums but AYGGMW is His Best IMHO thus far.after that Hit&alot of Miss.

Circus is underrated im my opinion.

Rocks that song Live with much energy...No-dout its his theme in concert like Purple Rain is 2 Prince Live...

still remember buying my 7 inch of Always on the run and Believe not long after.Lenny is still so cool years later just like George Clinton and Prince.

my fantasy: Prince would let Lenny be the SOLE producer and use no gear less than 25 years old

let love rule is the best lenny kravitz album to date. coming in second is mama said...and after that..i quit caring...

I was really into Lenny Kravitz in the early 90´s.
I saw a great concert in Stockholm in 1993.
I have´nt paid so much atention 2 his later stuff though.

I love the Let Love Rule CD and the positive love vibes that are emitted from it. I played it for a friend the other day who had never heard it and he also loved the trippiness of it.

I hated this guy when I first saw this video. I thought he was some strange hippy freak that was married to Lisa Bonet. But when he sang "I just can't get you off my mind", he could do no wrong to me. You would not believe how much good loving I received from singing and playing this on my guitar to women. They melt everytime I strike those guitar chords.

I bought this on a whim after a great review in Q magazine.he was unknown then, i loved it, still do.His first two albums were great, though he still has his moments.
