I Actually did enjoy Eve & her Scorpion album & some of Eve-Olution.
She is a good rapper imo, But she only has 1 good album out of her 3.. and her new song is
So good rapper.. but nowhere near one of the greats. Pistols sounded like "Fuck off," wheras The Clash sounded like "Fuck Off, but here's why.."- Thedigitialgardener

I like how spoke about real life issues on her 1st album, and she shouldve stuck to doing that. She couldve been one of the greats but I think Hollywood and acting sidetracked her. | |

Shes a good MC and like others here stated if she stayed in the direction that she had on her first album she probably would be right up there with with Lauryn. She has made to many generic material over the years that has overshadowed that first album. Her latest single is very generic.
So yes she is a good rapper but if the material isnt good the fact that she has a nice flow doesnt matter.... imo | |
