Me too. I was just reminiscing on the years i spent in the Pacific Northwest(Seattle area)of the US. Bands like Bratmobile, Bikini Kill, Sleater Kinney, Violent Green, The Wipers, Some Velvet sidewalk ,The Melvins, The Gits and Liliput were popular in Seattle. Back then the Riot girl, grunge and DIY movements were still somewhat happening. Grunge to a lesser degree though.
