Gerardo ~ Love You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton

You're welcome. It's on his 2nd album Dos, but there isn't a Spanish version on it (the US album). It might be a version from the maxi single or from a version of the album issued in another country. I haven't seen the single.

I just went to a used music site and the Spanish version is on the single:

About the only good song off his 2nd album. No Michael Sembello on his 2nd album.
It's worth noting that Cole and Clivilles helped write and produce this lush sounding song. Worth it alone for the coda. Shame it did no business.
I have the cd single somewhere LOL. No spanish mix though
Nice summer song. [Edited 10/3/12 19:28pm]

I like the other songs, particularly It's a Latin Thing. I don't think Here Kitty Kitty should have been the first single (or a single at all) though. I need to bother to listen to it properly again LOL. I only ever remember liking "love" and "Pepe (bust a cap on on 'em)" which is as goofy as it sounds.
Not a patch on the first album, which I now know why is good and well produced because of the Sembello connection.

Gerardo still releases music today, but it's latin style music (ie. tropical, salsa, etc.) and they're mostly Spanish language.
