Two punk bands come to mind:

Dead Kennedys-

I think Jello Biafra would slit his own wrists before considering a reunion. I think the rest of the band actually toured with some else as a lead singer years ago. It's not the DKS if Jello is not singing, period.

Black Flag-

Guitarist and founder Greg Ginn lost interest in the group many years ago. He won't even allow reissues to the classic recordings. OOps there were reunions, but not with Henry Rollins and Greg Ginn at the same time

Agree on BF. Rolllins has pretty much said he has closed the Black Flag chapter of his life 100% and wants to leave it closed.

Jello and Henry can be dicks... but I don't think a reunion will ever happen with that much bad blood. Why can't they just retire their names and do something else?
