Well his not ready to do a national tour if his throwing up because of the amount of people watching and his clearly lip singing.

There is irony there that I think people are poking fun of not specifically the act of throwing up itself.

As much as I get bored with his music, it doesn't have to be bigger deal than, say... he's having the flu? And should rest, but doesn't? There's not always a big scandal or tragedy happening lol .
