they are both legends to me, ive seen the word legendary used to describe them both, hell janet is currently on her 3rd campaign for the legendary blackgama. i guess if you dont think shes a legend its your opinion but it dont make it true. also why does janet have to write all her songs and be known all over the globe to be considered a legend and all patti has to do is sing really loud? any thread with janets name on it will result in her accomplishments being down played. i know some of you hate it but the fact is janet has had one of the greatest pop music careers in history and yes she is a icon and legend
