Any Kansas City Orgers here who saw Sheila E. at the KC Live Stage tonight? This was my first time ever seeing Sheila E live and I wish it wasn't a free concert because I would have loved another hour of that! She was really sweet, down to earth and very attentive to the fans; signing autographs and playing around with the kids she brought up on stage like they were her nieces and nephews. Not to mention I got to hear her sing Koo koo live and do a little freestyle on the side.

Didn't see her in K.C. but I used to live there and she was the exact same way in the Bay Area when I saw her here in the last few years... She, and her whole family, are very accessible to fans and appreciate them. Glad you had such a great experience. Thanks! A lot of the other people there I could tell weren't really familiar with her music besides the two obvious songs but, really enjoyed it anyway. She said she would be back so I am looking forward to it. Shake....shake, shake, shake. | |
