Jermaine Dupri and Bryan-Michael Cox produced the previously unreleased track “Never Give Up." It could prove worthwhile and a posthumous hit.

Cox? 3 chords and a cloud of dust.

I Love Whitney.. i do.

But i NEVER want to hear I Will Always Love You again eek as if the song was not overplayed before her tragic eeath.. now.... it's like eek eek eek eek eek

This woman had so many hits, i realize that chart wise that was her biggest, but constantly choosing that one to be shown when talking about whitney & now the greatest hits is named that.

This song need's to take a motherfucking nap lol

I hate that song, I cant stand it. OVERPLAYED and so many people have covered it. I cant listen to it.

Her original greatest hits in the states only had remixes of her non-ballads. So yes, it is needed. Though a 2 disc would be preferrable.

Like I mentioned, there's a 2 disc version too.

Whitney’s number one love was getting high. Nobody ever read too much of the new testament and drowned in a bathtub.

It's puzzling. I guess Clive doesn't like the song or some stupid decision like that. Also no clue why th Mariah duet was snubbed again.

She's needed a good compillation in the U.S. Greates Hits's second disc was all remixes and Complete Collection or whatever it was called was never released.

The remaining tracks are bored though on that album. Her efforts on The Bodyguard and Waiting To Exhale are awesome too. I love My Love Is Your Love too

Gonna have to disagree with that. "Lover for Life" wasn't a single, but it's one of her strongest songs IMO. I also really dig the Japan-only "Takin' a Chance." Now a collection of her rare b-sides and remixes would be a worthwhile endeavor...

Since you can purchase a single song from any existing album online (ie. Itunes, Amazon, etc.), you can put together your own Best Of Whitney track list. Maybe a while back, compilations like this were "needed", but nowadays, I don't think they are. It's for cashing in sales purposes pretty much, I think. A plus for something like this would be if there were an unreleased track or two that was included on such a compilation.

Like many others from the grave, Whitney Houston is set to release a new album. Although the album will not feature any new material, aside from a rendition of “I look to you” which will feature R.Kelly, the album will just be a collection of her greatest hits.

I know what you are thinking, doesn’t Whitney already have greatest hits albums? I’m thinking the same thing, it is almost like they want to use the well until it runs dry.

I would have liked if they added some of Whitney’s gospel recordings on this album as any fan knows that was Whitney’s number one love, God.

Below is the track listing. The release date is set for November 13th.

1. You Give Good Love
2. Saving All My Love for You
3. How Will I Know? (Remastered)
4. Greatest Love of All
5. I Wanna Dance With Somebody (Remastered)
6. Didn’t We Almost Have It All
7. So Emotional (Remastered)
8. Where Do Broken Hearts Go?
9. I’m Your Baby Tonight
10. All the Man That I Need
11. I Will Always Love You
12. I’m Every Woman
13. I Have Nothing (Remastered)
14. Exhale (Shoop Shoop)
15. I Believe in You and Me (Film Version)
16. My Love Is Your Love
17. I Look to You (with R. Kelly)
18. Never Give Up

Some people don't have a computer and/or a credit card.

You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton

It's coming in 2 weeks. Supposedly the label expects a debut of 75k, which is reasonable after how much the GH has sold this year already, but I think it'll be a nice Xmas seller.

Can't believe record company's do this sh#t, they are so evil. Cashing in on someone's popularity because they are dead just seems so un-ethical to me, it's quite sickening actually:-(

We're here, might as well get into it.

Supposedly it'll debut with less than 50k, there hasn't been much interest it seems.

The first time I was truly moved by a Houston song was "Hold Me" with Teddy Pendergrass. Otherwise, her music's never done much for me. I always preferred Mariah over Whitney hands down.

Hungry? Just look in the mirror and get fed up.
