This is just circumstantial "evidence" that I find curious:

1. Frank Ocean is not on the G.O.O.D music compilation.

As early as Jan. 2012 and as late as August 2012 -- eight steady months--, chattter about this compilation included reports that Frank was on it.

Marsha Ambrosius tweeted she saw him in the studio recording for Good Music with PUsha T, Jay Electronica, Kanye etc. Pusha T even said Frank was on it.

REputable music sources, like MTV and Rollingstone, said he was on it. Where's Frank Ocean?

To add insult to injury, Kanye uses in my opinion, the lesser singer-songwriter James Fauntleroy, who Ocean is always being compared to, on two songs for G.O.O.D. Music. Frank could have been singing and writing that shit! Way better than this.

Where's Frank? Why is J.F. on here when no one was speculating his presence on this album. Did he replace Ocean???

2. Frank WAS NOT at the Made in America Festival!!!!

This is most bizarre as Jay Z came on stage to "Made in AMerica" and used Frank's vocals on a track instead of Frank in person. Why not have Frank there at a festival named after a song he helped make glorious? Odd Future was there but not Frank. You have to admit this is most unusual.

Frank typically rides with Odd Future unless he has an engagement. He was just in Chicago when Odd Future performed. So why would Frank just not show up here?

With the festival about to start at 2 p.m and with Odd Future all ready there, at 1:33 p.m. Frank tweets: " ya boi aint got shit to say." Hmm. And yet u said something to call attn to the fact you're not saying anything. Interesting.

AP circulated a FALSE STORY claiming Frank performed on the Sept. 2nd with OF. LIES! Here is Odd Future's entire 42 minute set and Frank isn't there. No one alludes to Frank. No pics of Frank. He was not there. The end.

3. Frank Ocean stopped following Kanye on Twitter.

HE follows Jay Z but not Kanye. Now, he has said in interviews that Kanye was his "direct mentor." HE's been called a protege of Kanye. He met Jay Z thru Kanye. Why would he not be following him? He follows other people he's worked with less closely .. Pharrell, John Legend, etc. He used to retweet Kanye and post stuff about him on tumblr. Radio silence about him since July.

4. When FRank's letter (presumably.. possibly... about loving Kanye --or maybe not) was posted July 4, nearly everyone who worked with Frank publicly encouraged him or tweeted him. Kanye didn't say shit.

And they have not been seen together or seemingly worked together since. Coincidence???

Is Kanye pissed the letter caused too much scrutiny about their relationship? Am I crazy? Do you have info contradicting this circumstantial evidence of estrangement listed above?

If I'm just paranoid about the absence of this former bromance, educate me. Bring receipts.

here is my take on the situation i think freank ocean was used as a front 2 cover up for kanye west coming out as being gay. during the time they keptreporting that a hip hop star was gonna come out the closest and then bam boom here comes frank ocean a nobody really saying he was in love with a man at 19 come on now who really gives a hot momma fuck and he is not hip hop at all. i think kanye west label convinced him not 2 come out the closest and this kim thing is a front 2 cover up his dick loving

^^^ Frank claims his songwriting is from Hip Hop. He says if you look at R&B historically, R&B artists haven't done lyrics or structured songs in way he does.

I can't say whether Kanye seems gay or not to me. But u never know. Frank doesn't, but of course he's bi. I do believe Frank may have been talking about Kanye though.

And yes Kanye and Kim don't quite work for me and definitely seem like a cover for something. On her show (yep I watch) they seem to get along great but lack heat/chemistry that men and women have when in love. (Also, it's incredibly interesting that Ocean's mom decided to comment on Kanye & Kim as if she couldn't believe it. )

Regardless, the most important thing is I just hope Kanye continues to take Frank under his wing, because Ocean has a lot to learn about production and the music biz in general.

I know he initially had a hard time at Def Jam and they weren't devoting time to him; Kanye and Jay are so dominant there that I don't want Frank to end up blackballed or marginalized or something.....

im not a fan of kanye or frank i have tried 2 like both and came out depressed and with a headache maybe im too old school 2 like these new age kitty kats i dont know cuz beyonce gives me a headache. frank i dont believe the gay hype about him at all dont really care but

And I bet THIS^ might be one reason why Kanye made Amber Rose (bisexual, mind you!) signed a confidential agreement on the same week their romantic relationship ended. In other words, Amber knows better than anyone that Kanye is definitely bisexual.
