Kim Kardashian may have more in common than previously known.

A recently surfaced sex tape is being shopped and "without a doubt... it is Kanye in the footage." The 20-minute video takes place in a hotel room and allegedly features Yeezy and an unidentified, 18-year-old woman with a similar body type, hair color and skin tone to that of girlfriend Kim K.

Kardashian, of course, first came to public notice after the 2007 release of a sex tape featuring her and singer-actor Ray J.

RadarOnline.com reports that Kanye is seen in the beginning of video setting up the camera and looking directly into the lens when he stops recording at the end.

The site quotes a sex industry insider as saying, "There's a lot of interest, but Kanye is freaking out!... Kanye was practically in tears when he heard the tape was being shopped." The unidentified insider goes on to say that "[Kanye] doesn't want this tape out and will do anything to make sure it stays private."

The insider says the video was shot shortly before Kanye and Kim started dating.

Sex.com -- a Pinterest for porn site has announced that they are offering $1 million for the video, and are willing to negotiate if that offer is too low.

Umm eww to this whole situation. Kanye is no prize in any way, shape, or form to me but to each his/her own. All I can say is that if Kim Whoredasian breaks up with him as a result of this sex tape being released, she's really one delusional chick who needs to be slapped the hell off of her underserved pedestal. This should make them closer. Another marriage to come for this girl...hopefully longer than her last one for her sake.

Lawyer Claims Sex Video Was Stolen From Computer

Music blogs and gossip blogs alike have been lit up this past week with rumors that a new sex tape featuring Kanye West is being shopped around to several media outlets. Now, West has set up legal assistance so that any footage of the tape will be ceased and desisted.

Over the weekend, West's lawyer Lisa M. Buckley of Pryor Cashman issued a statement to Allhiphop.com with the following warning:

“Be advised that the Screen Shot, as well as the Tape from which the Screen Shot was taken, were illegally obtained and believed to have been stolen from Mr. West’s computer. . . .Your posting, advertising, marketing, displaying and otherwise disseminating the stolen Screen Shot and/or other materials on the Tape constitute actionable violations of Mr. West’s rights of privacy and publicity. . . .We hereby demand that you: (1) immediately cease and desist from posting, advertising, marketing, displaying and disseminating the illegally obtained Screen Shot of Mr. West.”

The seller of the tape, who is currently remaining anonymous, has purportedly been offered $1 million by Sex.com.
