I LIKE CHRIS BROWN NOW...

You know even before the domestic abuse incident, I felt a strong dislike for him. I realize now that my dislike was really a lack of understanding of Breezy. He didn't make music that I usually listened to and I think that's where it came from. But I was always a die-hard Kelis fan. I was listening to her song "Freak Me Slow" and I thought to myself.. 'you know, Chris Brown kinda makes music like Kelis too'... it's just that he's a different artist. As for his image in the wake of the the Rihanna incident, I just believe that he's controversial. Plenty of artists are. Controversy is said to be a driving force behind record sales. And I was kind of into Eminem for a minute as well.. but if you ever liked someone a controversial as Eminem was, then you HAVE to LOVE Chris Brown. I hope in the end Chris surpasses acts like Justin Bieber because it's plain to see that JB is just copying what CB has already laid groundwork for. So I just had this change of heart for CB and thats my story.

when I read JB and CB, I thought of James Brown, and thought Chris having Brown for a last name is NOT an excuse for his violent behaviour

As for his music, I liked some of it, but happened to not have a care for it after the incident, though it was coincidental.

Once he starts making better music I'll start listening to him more..but one or two songs on an album and the fake raps is not cutting it for me.

Straight Jacket Funk Affair
Album plays and love for vinyl records.

Sometimes I feel people are upset that someone DIDN'T get killed that night, that way the story could have even more impact.

They were speeding in a car, yelling in each others faces. Most likely drunk and/or high. The fight obviously turned physical. Any time you get in a physical fight there's a chance that someone can die. It's a fact people should try to remember.

So no one died. We should all be happy they walked away from it. They live to see another day and hopefully become better people. But what's the fun in that when we have memories of unfullfilled homicidal rage?

Chris Brown is an immature idiot. But why are people still harping on this, unsatisfied that nothing even more drastic happened.

I wonder how come some people don't show this much animosity towards someone like Charlie Sheen. I mean, didn't he SHOOT his ex-wife or something like that? But he's being picked up for 90 (or however more it it is) more episodes of his show 'Bad Behavior', and Chris can't catch a break? confused

I don't know how anyone can like him. I used to be a stan back when he first came out but his music after his debut wasn't grabbing me much anymore. And then the beatdown well it was a wrap after that. F.A.M.E wasn't too bad but his music is crappy now. Plus he's just not a likeable person overall I moved on from him.

I don't think it's that as such. He just continually proves himself to be a wanker. His latest episode being his crude neck tattoo.

Let's not act like Chris Brown is being forced into hiding.

The guy won a Grammy this year (further tainting that trophy)

The songs on his album last year were hits.

Charlie Sheen used to be on the highest rated sitcom on TV and now he's on a cable channel that averages a couple million on a good night.

I think Chris Brown should go away forever because he has no talent other than dancing.

JERKIN' EVERYTHING IN SIGHT!!!!!

My disdain for Chris Brown has more to do with his behavior after the incident

than the incident itself. If he wants people to forget about the incident then

act like an adult and stay your dumb ass off twitter and getting into club fights

with Drake. That's incident is what has Spurs guard Tony Parker injured now.

I love how people like to bring up other entertainers to justify Chris Brown's behavior. bored

Don't laugh at my funk
This funk is a serious joint
