Why list them? According to Micky Dolenz the funk soul bands don't matter unless they crossover. They were never big sellers. Don't laugh at my funk

Interesting. I would never call The Commodores a funk band. Crusaders either. Maze either.

Graham Central Station with all due respect to Larry Graham were good but after the Now Do U Wanta Dance album they got corny.
