Nas and Lauryn Hill to tour together

http://www.vh1.com/music/...oint-tour/

Nas bringing out Lauryn Hill at Hot 97′s Summer Jam was just a teaser of what’s to come from the two legendary artists. Today the two announced their upcoming “Life Is Good/Black Rage” tour beginning in October. Ms. Hill and Mr. Jones will kick off the 10 city tour in Dallas, TX on October 29 and end in Oakland, CA on November 19. Per Billboard, the tour’s name is a combination of Nas’ last album and Lauryn’s next single set to debut later this fall.

According to the tour announcement, “Black Rage” addresses the “derivative effects of racial inequity and abuse.” Lauryn Hill releasing new music in 2012 is literally and figuratively music to our ears. Now that we know the first single isn’t about relationships we wonder if she’s going to sing or rap. “I use the performance platform as an opportunity to express the energy of that moment, and the intention behind it,” Hill said. “I’ve been a long standing rebel against the stale, over commoditization.” Nas kept it brief with his feelings on the tour, “Better late than never. Life is good!” Elated would be a bit of an understatement to describe our joy of Nas and Lauryn sharing a stage in 10 different cities.

"Lack of home training crosses all boundaries."

If she fails to set up an IRS delinquent payment plan by the fall, her first tour stop will be a federal prison.

I was thinking the same thing wink but maybe this tour is her way of making some quick bucks,to pay down the debt? She goes back to court in late November,a few days after the tour ends.

That's what I was thinking too. Her ass needs this damn tour.

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

+1. Nas is smart enough to not tour with that lunatic unless there’s a very pressing reason for her to actually go on stage.

"If Woody had gone right to the police, this would never have happened"...meaning, if she had done what she was SUPPOSED to do, she could have kept the money she was to make on this tour. Instead, she played the, "I am WAAAAY above everybody else to pay taxes", role....DUMASS!!

Well, I bought a ticket for the Dallas show. Should be interesting.

The Census Bureau estimates that there are 2,518 American Indians and Alaska Natives currently living in the city of Long Beach.
