Jessie Ware Announces U.S. Tour and Label Deal October 17, 2012
Following the release of her debut album, Devotion, via PMR/Island in August, Cherrytree Records have announced that they have signed Jessie Ware in the U.S., and will release a digital and physical EP entitled 110% via Interscope this December. No tracklist has been announced yet, but the lead single is, unsurprisingly, "110%" from Devotion.
Ware has also announced her first U.S. tour for January 2013, which will follow a pair of showcases in New York and LA: Her show at New York's The Box on December 10 has already sold out (in 10 minutes, no less).

Jhené Aiko Confirms Collaborative Project With Cocaine 80s October 24, 2012
Jhené Aiko can easily command a song with her own luscious vocals, but the Los Angeles beauty will be blending them with another of music's crooning talents, Cocaine 80s.
The 24-year-old songstress caught up with Singersroom after her show in New York this past Friday (Oct. 19), where she revealed a collaborative project with the seven-piece retro R&B group (comprised of No I.D., Common, James Fauntleroy and more) and also confirmed them as guests on her upcoming debut album, Souled Out.
"Me and the Cocaine 80s is made up of musician, singers and producers. I told them I wanted to be a part of the Cocaine 80s. I wanted to be the female voice of the group," she pined, before announcing the important news. "They will be featured on ‘Souled Out.' Yes, we are definitely working on a mixtape or album together. That is definitely in the works."
Aiko is signed to both Def Jam and No I.D.'s Artium label. Her Souled Out LP is slated for a release sometime next year.
