Usher just got bitch-slapped in court -- a judge has ordered him to REOPEN his ex-wife's Saks Fifth Avenue credit card in his name ... after the singer closed the account last year.

The closed Saks card was just one of Tameka Raymond's many grievances in her ongoing custody fight against Usher -- and now, the court has taken her side ... holding the singer in contempt for pulling the plug on her fancy charge account.

Tameka claims she needs the account to do her job as a stylist.

As for the other grievances -- Tameka said Usher owed her cash for the nanny bill ... and continually failed to keep her in the loop about where and when he traveled with the kids.

The court agreed ... and awarded Tameka $1,300 for the nanny.

The judge has yet to determine the ex-couple's custody and support issues.

I realize Usher wants to be in his kids life, but the longer this case keeps going the more I realize that he seems to be bordering on asshole level I mean damn that Saks card is not gonna burn a hole in his pocket-he really needs to settle on joint custody and keep it moving.

I actually listened to Tameka speak on Rickey Smiley's show and after all the things I said about her I actually agree with her. She is not an unfit parent, has taken care of his kids, he brought his mistress to her house and her son just died-no judge in their right mind should give Usher sole custody of those kids-NO WAY.

I was talking about him firing his Momma-u don't mess with Moms like that and yeah his Momma told him not to marry her-SHE WAS RIGHT.

Usher instantly lost alot of his fans when he got married-fans just didn't care for her and the more this thing keeps going he is losing some more. U would think he would notice that and end this thing with some dignity. He can still be apart of his kids lives.

I agree. I'm astonished people can't see the irony about that as if the shoe was on the other foot, the court would've been actually okay with someone doing that. But nah don't let men do it because that would be unfair, right?

^Nothing to do with him being a man. If she was rich and he wasn't the shit should still go the same way. It's about caring for his kids-they did just lose a brother too

I'm not saying it is (I can see how it looks that way), I'm just stating that if the shoe was on the other foot, it wouldn't have been looked on similar and I hope I'm wrong on that. Tameka hasn't exactly been the respective side of the situation in the court either.

Im sure if the account was still closed whatever she might have needed for the CHILDREN she has with Usher would have been financially taken care of by Usher. Why cant she open up her own account?

If it aint involving the kids that she has with him, Usher should not have to pay for anything related to Tameka specifically.

I mean these kids are still small and their fighting like this-they have about 15 more years to go to raise these kids-gone be a long road.

No ma'am I disagree. They aren't married anymore so why does she still need a Saks card---IN HIS NAME? She needs to stop riding on the coattails of their short lived doomed marriage and open her own shit...or maybe she can't and that's why she keeps pressing this issue. Gold digger to a new low.
