Jessie Ware - Devotion (the best album of the year has arrived) She's like Sade, Everything But The Girl, and an ice cool lemonade blended together. Incredible voice.

Been obsessed with this album since it came out. Then, purely by chance, I got the opportunity to see her live and was a bit disappointed. She didn't have the kind of presence or personality that's on the album. Granted, it was completely the wrong setting for her to perform in (and the wrong crowd) but she just wan't able to hold anyone's attention. Great on record, just not all that impressive live, unfortunately. | |
