I really like Dog Eat Dog - the album. I thought it was great for Joni to work with Thomas Dolby and expand her sound. | |

I agree. This album tends to get the least amount of love but I enjoy it very much. It's very politically driven but there are a lot of catchy musical moments that season it nicely. | |

I played this album to death when it came out!

Yeah, even though it's a little dated because of the sound, I really enjoyed the change in feel --although I'm sure it's not for everybody...Even though it is politically driven, it also sounds at other times like she's actually having fun:
