It's really hard to tell because it is blurred but that could have been a bikini she had on. I had never heard anyone mention any nudity in that video until now.

Yes, it was on one of the first I'm so Excited videos. It was around the time that June posed nude for Playboy. The later versions of the video don't show her kitty kat.
