It's been reported that Happy Birthday generates $5000 a day. I'll take either one.

Gunsnhalen

1. Every Breath You Take- Cause it's one of the most played songs in the history of radio, has been sampled in a number 1 hit & used in many commercials. Sting to this day still gets a quarter of his music publishing money from this one damn song lol

2. Stairway To Heaven- It's the most requested song in radio history & you can't listen to a rock station without hearing it at least once a day razz

3. Living For The City- Great lyrics & a reflection of the present & future.. and also was a big hit. And mucho respected, it wasn't a number 1 or anything but still.

4. Blowin In The Wind- It's a song that has been covered by over 500 artists and is one of the starts to the political song movements of the 60's

5. Crazy- Gnarles Barkleys crazy was not only a good song, but crossed a lot of borders when many songs where not doing so. I heard this on rock stations, pop stations, funk stations.. everyone loved this song.

Pistols sounded like "Fuck off," wheras The Clash sounded like "Fuck Off, but here's why.."- Thedigitialgardener

All music is shit music and no music is real- gunsnhalen

This has been used in a lot of commercials:
