The heartfelt ballads he wrote through the years is a true testament that LOVED that woman. Katie Kinisky: "So What Are The Latest Dances, Nell?"

So sad for George. He is one of my favorite musicians ever and a all around sweet spirit. May he and his family find comfort and peace going forward. Release Yourself

That's SO true. He's a pretty deeply spiritual guy. I can't imagine the depth of his loss...so sad.

This song is so beautiful, and yet haunts me because it brings back so many feelings and memories from so long ago (1977) that I had nearly forgotten. I used to play the heck outta this record!
It always amazes me to learn that for an artist there was a true and deeper meaning behind a song than what I had initially known. This song would be a great example of that. Over the years, this song had developed it's own significance in my life. Though, it saddens me to learn that I almost completely missed what it's meant all this time to George Duke. I am sorry for his loss.
