This thread is so lame now. I dont understand the obsession some people have with MJS kids, who cares if they are made of his sperm or not - I choose to believe him but this discussion has gone downhill.

The problem is some of these people who are defending the Jackson Family are emabarrassed that this scheme backfired on the people who signed this letter-Janet, Rebbie, Tito and Jermaine. These same Jackson Family defenders want to take the focus off that FACT by trying to berate a child/ Michael's children. Of course, that is the defenders ONLY alternative. Paris was not the one who released this letter to Celebuzz, a tabloid. Randy and Co. made this whole thing public because they wanted to use pressure from the public to force the executors to step down. The only reason that they USED the "stroke" issue was to garner sympathy. What THEY didn't fathom was the reaction of a young girl concerned with the lie about her grandmother having a stroke when she really didn't. IF this letter had not been released to the media with this BLATANT lie, this child wouldn't have reacted so quickly. Any idiot who is upset because a CHILD defended her GRANDMOTHER against a lie to the media should STFU and go bury his/her head in a hole. Paris is not the culprit, the people who drafted, and signed a letter with a lie knowingly attached to it are the culprits. These same people and their defenders should not be surprised when that lie is exposed and people are outraged at this family's agenda. Even the defenders of the Jackson Family KNOW that this shit is ALL ABOUT $$$$$ for the Jacksons. They don't give a damn about Michael's legal and rightful heirs-his CHILDREN. Btw, for all of you people defending this farce, go find the transcrpt to a Larry KIng interview where Jermaine said that the executors are doing a fantastic job and that he trusted everything that they are doing. At the time, he said that the estate had made a $100 million and that they were doing things according to Michael's wishes. I guess since it recently came out that the estate had made over $500 million, the Jacksons want a piece of that pie. Surely, you defenders of this family are not blind to this family's greed and their agenda?

This whole "story" about Janet being "furious" with Paris over her acting is nothing but a lame, pathetic attempt at spin/damage control by the Jacksons. I'm pretty sure they put this out there...all this according to a "source" whom I bet is none other than Randy himself. Notice that this story hit the media just hours after Paris called him out on Twitter. Fact is, Paris starring in this movie is old news that's been known for about a year now. So why would Janet all of a sudden be "furious" about it? And the comments she made about Paris's acting ambitions, as you and others have mentioned are old comments she made last year or earlier this year. She was not furious, she was just offering her opinion. This whole Janet being "furious at Paris" story is nothing but a BS lame attempt by the Jacksons to draw attention away from the fact that they have been shown to be liars, thanks in part to Paris's tweet.

Wow. Look whos believing headlines.

You MJ fans are a joke! When the headlines are negative about MJ, you disgard them! When the headlines say that the Jacksons are trying to get money, you believe them and use them as evidence!

falloff falloff

The level of hypocricy and deluison, is unreal. falloff falloff falloff

Katherine Jackson 'Blindsided' By

Her Children's Letter To Michael

Jackson's Executors

Katherine Jackson was blindsided by news a letter had been written by several of her children to the executors of Michael Jackson's estate, demanding their resignation,RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

As we previously reported, several media outlets obtained a letter allegedly from Janet,Rebie, Tito, Randy, and Jermaine Jacksondemanding that the Jackson Estate executorsJohn Branca and John McClain resign immediately because they (the Jackson siblings) believe that the late singer's will was a fake. This comes after three failed legal challenges in the matter already. The letter also alleged that Katherine Jackson was in bad health and had recently suffered a mini-stroke. Katherine's lawyer told CNN she is in good health and did not suffer a mini-stroke.

Katherine "had absolutely NO idea that her children had written to the executors of Michael's estate. Katherine was extremely upset because this isn't something that she would ever authorize or support, period. Katherine has no issues with the executors, and she is satisfied with the work that John Branca and John McClain are doing. Katherine is extremely upset with her children for writing the letter, and is extremely disappointed that the letter was made public," a source close to the matriarch of the Jackson family tells us.

On Wednesday, Michael Jackson's daughter, Paris, put her aunts and uncles on notice and said on Twitter that she will, "defend my beloved family member with all I have, even if it means from other family members. I am going to clarify right now that what has been said about my grandmother is a rumor and nothing has happened, she is completely fine. I will defend my beloved family member with all I have, even if it means from other family members."

According to our sources, the letter was written because "the wrongful death lawsuit that Katherine Jackson was pressured into filing against AEG for the wrongful death of Michael is turning into a disaster. Katherine has been deposed, and it was a grueling process, and it's very taxing on her. The Jackson siblings wrote this letter, even though there have been three failed challenges of the will, and the statute of limitations to contest the will has expired to try and get money from Michael's estate. Make no mistake, this is all about money. There is a very good reason why Michael intentionally left his siblings and his father out of the will. Michael's will was very clear, and the beneficiaries are his three children and Katherine. Period. End of story. The Jackson siblings have no legal recourse as far as the will is considered and the person responsible for Michael's death is behind bars, Dr. Conrad Murray," the insider revealed.

At the time of Michael Jackson's death he was over $500 million dollars in debt. Recent court documents filed by the executors state that the estate has a gross earnings of $475 million dollars, and the outstanding debt will soon be whittled down to nothing in the very near future. "Michael Jackson's legacy and the financial legacy has been single-handedly resurrected by John Branca and John McClain, and the lucrative deals they have made for the estate. Many people said that Michael was naive when it came to business, yes, he spent money he didn't have, but the smartest thing he ever did, besides buying the Beatle's record catalogue, was to appoint John Branca and John McClain as the executors. Michael trusted those two men and respected them as human beings. He knew they would always do the right thing, and they have. They have carried out his wishes to the letter,' the source said.

Katherine has requested "increases in her monthly allowance for expenses, and the Estate has never opposed that, and it has always been granted. The only thing Katherine's children are doing now is causing her more stress than she needs. Katherine has an excellent lawyer who looks out for her best interests," the insider stated.

Whenever the executors are about to sign a new contract on behalf of the estate, "the lawyers submit it to the judge for his review. Almost all of the deals are approved by the judge, even though the Estate often isn't required to get approval. There has been absolute transparency in all of the business deals that the executors have made, as well as the debts that have been paid off," the source said.

hmmm it's clear, beyond a doubt, that certain family members are just trying to get some of MJ's money. They're making complete fools of themselves, claiming that Michael's will is fake disbelief They should be embarassed and ashamed. This is why I have always said that,Michael should have moved out and distanced himself from these people after Off The Wall and never looked back.

Good quote from someone on the internet:

Most of Randy's biotching and complaining has nothing to do with the executors yet Randy is putting all the blame on them for the so-called emotional turmoil the Jackson family is going through. This letter should go down in history as the most unintelligent, ridiculous, laughable, waste of paper ever. Randy has made only 1 accusation which he feels the executor’s have committed fraud which is the date/place MJ signed his Will. If Randy pursues legal action with Baker & Hostetler and B & H accept this frivilous case, it’s obvious B & H will accept it only to milk the Jackson’s financially fully aware they will lose the lawsuit. Since KJ hasn’t signed Randy’s letter, that means that all the legal expenses will be paid by Tito, Randy, Jermaine, Janet and Rebbie.

A wake up call to Janet: If Baker & Hostetler take on this case and Tito, Randy, Jermaine and Rebbie default on paying their legal invoices (which are going to get extremely expensive), Janet will be the person the attorneys come after for payment in full.

If Randy, Tito, Jermaine, Janet & Rebbie pursue a lawsuit against the executors, they will be taking money away from MJ3 and their own mother. Talk about an oxymoron from a bunch of moron’s who, by signing Randy’s letter, have revealed again they have complete lack of knowledge regarding criminal, civil and probate law. How embarrassing !!!!!!

You can exercise your rights till you drop dead and turn blue for all I care...I just think it's stupid to quote me when I never raised any issue whatsoever about who is blood related to MJ and who isn't. Try quoting people who are discussing THAT issue.

And while you're at it, try replying at the BOTTOM of a quote instead of the top.

I know right?! Janet is usually far removed from the drama and money grab schemes of her siblings. Considering the negative response from most (not all) I wouldn't be surprised if she tries to distance herself from this fiasco. She's usually smarter than that.

Also, knowing that she's the most successful sibling left, she better be watching her own back. Family or not, you have to recognize sharks no matter what form they come in.

What an embarrassment disbelief

An interesting article from 2007...

World of Jax & robbers

Singer says his brother and pal tried to cheat him out of fortune

SUNDAY, JUNE 17, 2007, 4:00 AM

Michael Jackson claims he was nearly swindled out of his fortune during his kiddie-sex trial and only the wise counsel of the Rev. Jesse Jackson and billionaire Ron Burkle saved him.

The behind-the-scenes battle over the pop star's finances is detailed in a sworn deposition he gave for a federal lawsuit scheduled to go to trial this week.

There is a possibility that Jackson himself might even be called to testify.

The seven hours of transcripts obtained by the Daily News reveal that the agitated entertainer was convinced his money woes were fueled by a cadre of disloyal advisers who stole from him while he was busy fighting criminal charges.

The Gloved One even fingered a man close to his older brother Randy as a key villain.

It was an ordeal that left Jackson bitter about the industry in which he's spent his entire life.

"It's full of sharks, charlatans and imposters," he said in testimony taken last summer in Paris.

"Because there's a lot of money involved, there's a bunch of schmucks in there," Jackson said. "It's the entertainment world, full of thieves and crooks. That's not new. Everybody knows that."

A Santa Maria, Calif., jury acquitted him of child molestation charges in June 2005, after which he retreated into the seclusion of his Neverland ranch.

But during breaks in the trial, Jackson says he was being pressured to sign off on a multimillion-dollar financing deal by Don Stabler, an associate brought in by brother Randy, his go-to guy on financial matters during much of his career.

Jackson initially took a liking to Stabler after Randy introduced them.

"He reminded me of people that live in mid-America like Indiana," Jackson testified.

Stabler was persistent, at one point during the trial sending a message through one of Jackson's Nation of Islam security guards that questioned the singer's faithfulness to his African-American heritage.

It was a sore point for someone who has denied he purposely lightened his skin.

By then, Jackson had turned to Burkle, the billionaire pal of former President Bill Clinton, for financial help. Burkle brought in Jesse Jackson, who's known Michael Jackson since his Jackson 5 days, to help with the consultation.

Burkle was calling him on the cell phone during bathroom breaks, warning him not to sign anything, Michael Jackson said.

Stabler wasn't happy, Jackson said.

"[Stabler] said, 'What's the problem? You're not down, you're with the Jews now. You're not down with blacks anymore,'" Jackson testified.

"It was unkind," Jackson added. "It was mean. It was meanspirited. It was nasty. Simply because he couldn't get me to sign something that he wanted me to sign."

The next time Jackson saw Stabler "he wanted to take my head off." And his brother Randy wasn't too happy, either.

Randy later claimed that Jackson and his staff had run up a $700,000 bill on his American Express card during the trial, which Jackson said he would repay.

It wasn't the first time that Stabler teamed with Randy in trying to get him to sign off on a deal, Jackson claimed.

At a meeting in a bungalow at the Neverland ranch, Jackson said he had his mother at his side when he fought off another proposal.

"And I vehemently told them, 'No, I am not signing this,'" Jackson recalled. "And I just remember how angry, the intensity of the anger in the room. And so they marched out."

Jackson made his comments when he was grilled by lawyers for the Hackensack, N.J., finance company that is suing the singer in Manhattan Federal Court. The firm, Prescient Acquisition, is owned by businessman Darien Dash, who claims Jackson stiffed his company out of $48 million.

According to Dash's lawyer Steven Altman, Dash was due the money for helping Jackson refinance a $272 million bank loan and secure $573 million in financing to buy out Sony's half of the Beatles' song catalogue that Jackson co-owned.

But Jackson claimed he's never heard of Dash, a cousin of hip-hop impresario Damon Dash, and doesn't remember signing any agreement.

oh oh this little stunt the jackson siblings have pulled have backfired on them big time and they're being ridiculed in the media & tabloids over this crap, people are commenting like crazy over this on twitter and the comment section of the reports.

Watching Jane Velez Mitchell right now! Like I said, the Jackson's wanted attention, well they got it; just not the kind they wanted. Lol

The Jacksons can barely keep themselves together, how the fuck do you think they can take on Michaels legacy?

Jacksons are SO GREEDY if they ever got their hands on MJ's Estate it would be gone in 6 months! MJ's airtight Will saves it

On Yahoo blog....The OVERWHELMING majority posts are calling the Jacksons out for the VULTURES that they are. WOW!!

"MJ's kids should get all of his money and that's that! Screw the brothers and sisters...they are grown ups, get a darn job already

By what ridiculous stretch of the imagination would they think they are owed even a minute part of Michael's assets?"

OMG!! The Vultures are being hammered on Yahoo....I shouldn't be surprised...StuntAborted

I've said before...and I will repeat...this is the Jacksons' last card. And sadly for them....They've screwed up the first move (as ALWAYS)

seems like Paris is the only one with morals and virtues in the family. <<< <Ooops

She's gorgeous, has a very bright future, has the money and her family of envious gold-digging has-beens just can't stand it

sounds like she's protecting her grandma and the rest are trying to play the public to get attention. <<<Oh Janet.... you screwed up boo.

Gold digging has beens >>> Rebbie Jackson. Tito ...According to >>>

career suicide for those in that family who believe being a leach is a career move as for Janet any new project will fail

Paris, I don't know you, but run for your life, and take your grandmother with you.

she has cojones. I like her. you go girl your father would be proud! "

The Jackson siblings screaming for cash. What a joke. GO PARIS GO !"

She is learning first hand why Mike wanted nothing to do with the vultures!

His siblings are owed Nothing and are acting like Greedy Pigs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This family has lost my respect.

Why in the world wld they think they hav a right to anything. They are mostly no talent losers that sucked of Michael Jackson all of his life

They deserve nothing and per his will should not receive anything.

When even can see through you're bullshit, you know your plan has backfired.

Randy should have just done the Unity Tour full time. I guess he'd rather earn money by trying to steal Michael's money... again.

Also E! News, ET, The Insider, Inside Edition, and Showbiz Tonight will also be covering the family feud with the estate tonight. So far, the media is taking sides with the Estate and criticizing the family for airing their dirty laundry in public, and for doing it after the statute of limitations has passed to contest the will!

Azz

People are so quick to judge things they know little to nothing about.

Why should Katherine even have to ask to get an increase on the amount she is given by the estate. The money doesn't seem like its going to the children, as everyone else seems to think.

Also, requesting the stepping down of executives does not equal, new executives giving out money to every member of the family. That is absurd. Talk about jumping the shark

Me too. I thought that since they had steady work now, perhaps it would shift their focus to constructive activity but no such luck. disbelief

You are all a bunch of crazy people. hmm Azz is the only one who makes sense here (I truly admire you for arguing with these delusional stans, really)

You can't possibly know what's really going on behind the scenes, and you all need to stop acting like you actually know the Jacksons, because you don't and that shit is disturbing.

@JermaineJackson I want to reassure everyone (inc all sudden medical experts) that Mother is fine but is resting up in AZ on the orders of a doctor, not us

@JermaineJackson This is our mother and her health is paramount. We are not inventing or plotting anything. We are following doctor's advice. Period.

@JermaineJackson Paris was responding to Twitter wildfire that inaccurately suggested Mother had a mini-stroke in the past week @RealJayVee

@JermaineJackson Outsiders, from Alan Duke to TMZ "sources", can clutch at straws all day long but no-one can tell us about events concerning our own mother

@JermaineJackson I thank the vast majority of you for your messages of love and support. The bullcrap of speculators and deflectors is just background noise

Wow,at the SPIN that this family is putting on this letter to the executors. They are trying to take the focus off of their intentions onto a little girl reacting to the LIE that her grandmother had a stroke. Nowhere in this letter did it mention that Katherine had a stroke "today". Instead the letter said that she had a stroke "recently". Paris responded to THAT statement. This letter was intentionally released to the media-a tabloid- for the sole purpose of intimidation and garnering sympathy from the public. What this family did not anticipate was the actions of an innocent child who read a LIE about her grandmother having a stroke when she didn't. Of couirse, even Katherine is saying that she didn't have a stroke. Therefore, why would Randy, Jermaine, Janet, Rebbie and Tito go along with this LIE about a stroke that never happened. The sad thing is that there are idiots and defenders of this family who are going along with this scam that the Jackson Family are perpetuating. But for the actions of an innocent child, the public would have fallen for the Jackson's attempt to get control of an estate that Michael NEVER wanted them to be a part of. I guess the defenders of the Jackson Family would rather they take away the rightful heirs-his children-inheritance. GREED and MONEY is behind this farce and none of it has to do with Katherine's health. These people are running scared. They are the ones who sued AEG when they knew damn well that Conrad Murray was soley responsible for Michael's death. This family has been about money from the beginning this is the very reason that they claim "Murray is the fall guy". Murray has no cash. Therefore, they sued AEG to TRY and get the BIG$$$$$. Any health issues that Katherine develops is not the cause of the estate. The cause will be this family's greed to get Michael's money by sueing AEG. I guess they thought that AEG would just sit back, roll over and GIVE them what they want. The estate did NOT make the Jacksons sue AEG. These people did this out of greed. From the day Michael was murdered, their main incentive has been MONEY, even over justice. Don't forget these are the same people who want to act as if Conrad Murray, the MURDERER had nothing to do with Michael's death. The ignorance of this family baffles.

The real bottomline is that this family is trying to take control of the guardianship of these children away from Katherine by insinuating, saying that their mother had a "stroke" recently. If Randy, Janet, Rebbie, Tito(the ones who signed the letter) take control of guardianship, THEY will receive the $60,000-$70,000 a MONTH that the estate is paying Katherine. Remember, this money is all HERS to do with what she wants. The estate pays for her house, maintenance, staff and everything else. Michael's children get their own allowance from the estate; therefore, the money that Katherine gets is all HERS. For thes Jacksons to lie and say that Katherine is getting no money is a LIE. The greedy bastards who constructed and signed this letter just want to get THEIR hands on the money so they can spend and squander it. Jane't signature says a lot about her. She wants them to get the money so SHE doesn't have to help support her own family as Michael did when he was alive and is now doing in death.

The number of errors and concieved conclusions in this post is countless.

What was most hilarious is that you think they want to steal gaurdianship off Katherine. This is preposterous. Not to mention, you think they want $60,000 a month? Even Latoya earns more than that, and she never even had a hit.

Also, for a man in $500 million debt, and a man who supposedly severed ties for the Jackson siblings years ago. How could he, at the same time, be giving all his money to them. It just doesn't add up.

Michael was in debt, because he spent all his money on horible antiques, and the purchase and upkeap of Neverland; etc. He was no longer bringing in money, but spending at constantly higher and higher rates.

You sir, need help.

Katherine Jackson 'Blindsided' By Her Children's Letter To Michael Jackson's Executors

Splash News

Katherine Jackson was blindsided by news a letter had been written by several of her children to the executors of Michael Jackson's estate, demanding their resignation, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

As we previously reported, several media outlets obtained a letter allegedly from Janet, Rebie, Tito, Randy, and Jermaine Jackson demanding that the Jackson Estate executors John Branca and John McClain resign immediately because they (the Jackson siblings) believe that the late singer's will was a fake.

Talk about jumping the shark [Edited 7/20/12 16:53pm]

1. the estate is still in probate. everyone, including the execs have to ask for increases their allowances from the judge. the pecking order of an estate in probate is that creditors get paid first, meaning the debts mj had get paid off first. any money that is not absolutely needed by the beneficiaries, beyond the standards needed to keep them in their customary lifestyle, go to pay off the debts. the probate judge earmarked what he felt was an appropriate allowance for katherine, the kids and the execs. katherine made her case as to why she needed more, and the judge approved it, as he did with the two johns.

2. the execs made a motion to the judge a few months back to fund the trust to the tune of $30 million (i believe), so money is in place for the kids, katherine and the charities.

3. if the jacksons were to get their way and have their hand-picks execs who would be more amenable to their way of thinking, those execs could make decisions about the estate which would be more beneficial to katherine. they could opt to give katherine more of an allowance, esp. now that the estate is almost completely in the black, and that money will flow to them through her. the current execs have a longer term goal of keeping most of mj's assets going to his kids (based on their comments). i don't think they have any intention of allowing katherine to have unlimited money, even if she's entitled to 40%, because in the long term, that money is mj3's money. why would the two johns allow katherine to deplete 40% of the estate when they know she's going to funnel it to her other kids, esp. since they know mj cut them out? that's exactly why the family doesn't want the two johns on the case. they want execs who will deplete the estate for katherine's share, so that she can give it to them, which she would.

obviously none of this is going to happen, as no one in the jackson family is remotely qualified to handle this estate, and the judge would never appoint anyone from this family for those reasons. however, i believe the jacksons really believe that they can get control themselves or find a puppet to be put in place who will do their bidding. not gonna happen, but they believe it will.

4. you would do well to heed your own damn advice. you seem to know very little about this estate and probate law.

I don't need to heed my advice. I'm not the one making any accusations; let alone absurd accusations.

oh please. you made two clear accusations in your post: that there is something untoward about katherine having to request an allowance, and that the executors have not been giving mj3 their money. i notice you didn't address those facts.

in another post, you questioned the amount of money the execs have made on this case, as if they've done something wrong. isn't that accusatory? fyi, under the law, they are allowed to make money on and for the estate. moreover, the estate is in probate so almost every decision they make has to be signed off on by the judge. the estate has brought in over $475m, so at their 7% rate (approved by the judge), they've likely made about $33.5m or a little over $16m each. in the meantime, mj's estate is worth several times that, and it most of it goes to his mother and kids. so tell me, in what way have the execs been greedy? they've funded the trust, with more money to come as the estate goes more into the black, they've paid off katherine's debts, ironically having to pay the lawyers that she's retained to remove them from their duties, and they have shut down illegal enterprises - including those of the family - to ensure mj's kids' future.
