Peeps Need To Quit Acting Like Nas.... Doesn't have anything worth hearing besides Illmatic
Damn everytime a new album comes out people gotta suck Illmatics dick hard!

Songs have slick production & everything to me is just perfect. It was written has some of Nas best street smart anthems & stories.
God's Son introduced Nas talking about religion & other subjects that he tackled well. Distant Relative & The self titled are both top notch imo.
Hip Hop is Dead has some good tracks to... but it's a very so so album as is the new one imo.
I just think it's insane how hard people ride Illmatic ... some act like Nas never made anything after it Pistols sounded like "Fuck off," wheras The Clash sounded like "Fuck Off, but here's why.."- Thedigitialgardener

Well he wouldn't be the only one to have "one classic". You have some artists that have that one or two albums that overshadow everything. With that said Nas is one of the best rappers period. This new album is far from so so. | |
