Aretha is tearing the Essence Fest up as we speak... Trey Songz tweeted, "I Love you Aretha", and Roland Martin laid heavy praise upon the Queen and she shouted him out from the stage on "Giving Him Something He Can Feel", of which Martin tweeted, "I'm done! Just got a shout out from the Queen @arethafranklin from the stage as she sang "Giving Him Something He Can Feel"! Aretha did a cover of Raheem DeVaughn's "Woman". She is also being joined by Bishop Paul S. Morton for "Precious Memories". Right now she is at the piano doing a tribute to Whitney Houston, The crows according to reposrts has been mesmerized by her zest, presence and good voice tonight.
