Same here. I marked out when I saw Hollywood hulk Hogan come out to this.

this has to be one of the top 5 or so greatest rock songs. Its just the ultimate hendrix song. i like srv's version too, but nothing beats the orignal.

The "Winterland" (10/10/68) version is awesome!

Kenny Wayne Shepherd played a great version at Experience Hendrix where he goes from "Voodoo Child Blues" into "..Slight Return"... music
