Agree. Im not a CB fan but Chris really doesnt have the right circle around him that cares about his well being for him to believe this himself.
If I was his manager, I would have sat his arrogant ass down and told him straight up, Twitter is only to promote music and no your not going to be doing the Tweeting.
Alot of the backlash he gets (media wise) is undeserving but some of it is because of his own poor immature choices.
Its sad how people rejoice in peoples demise.
I dont think its funny, its sad honestly.
The kid obviously needs help but when people die or when something severely happens to someone people be on that bullshit like they really cared or were really fans when they werent... but I guess thats life.
All these CB threads and this fascination with him failing are getting old now.
I agree. We must separate entertainment from humanity. However, this is well known in the industry but people are going to act like they don’t know because no one wants to get involved. Chris is on something and his PR team tried to blame it on his break up with Rihanna. Problem is, they released that lie a few months ago, a few years after the break up and after he’s been with another chick for 2 years. They released the statement to get everyone to shut up and draw sympathy but he’s not mourning no break up with Rihanna. It's just the sympathetic card they have been playing, and it's wearing thin very quickly now. He’s on drugs and it’s most likely cocaine or Ecstasy. No sober person wears a jacket and beanie in July. His model girlfriend has been involved with drugs for the last few years and she is down for pretty much anything Chris wants so she can have access to drugs and a lavish lifestyle. Everyone in LA and UK knows about her past. And she’s a big part of the problem. But this all boils down to Chris unfortunately. He has to change and get personal help because this is something deep.
I think as long as Hollywood and Pop culture exists, people will never do this. People look at these celebrities like their cartoon figures and not real people. I thought maybe someones elses passing would have taught them something but unfornately it hasnt..
For some weird reason, it takes the passing or something severely bad to happen to someone for people to look at them as a real human.
Chris Brown definitly has to change but its going to take a little bit more than just himself to change it. He needs the right people around him...
Where is his MOM???????????

One word to describe this project: Rushed!
Did we really need an album from Chris so soon after F.A.M.E.?
Like one critic wrote most of the tracks sound too similar to songs by Chris that are still being played on the radio.

I don't get it. Do you mean that number is probably 54.96% of what actual sales are? |

Well 54% of the total sales from HITS estimates, yeah. I meant 54.98% lol (read it too fast). I don't know how many sales they said Chris album would get. I need to check their news page. |

Chris Brown will score the #1 album next week, giving Sony Music its 20th week of occupying the top spot this year. And because the 4th of July is historically one of the lightest holidays in terms of music retail, new releases were scaled way back, with Brown's is the only debut that will make the Top 15. To shake consumers out of their summer doldrums, Amazon did a multi-titled $1.99 Gold Box promotion, which we estimate generated sales north of a quarter-million albums on July 4th. As a result, a number of albums are way up this week. Here's how it looks headed into the weekend: Chris Brown (RCA) 125-135k Justin Bieber (Island/IDJ) 80-90k Linkin Park (Warner Bros.) 70-80k Usher (RCA) 35-40k MMG Presents, Vol. 2 (Maybach) 30-35k The Black Keys (Nonesuch) 27-32k R. Kelly (RCA) 25-30k (HITS Daily Double)

The only thing that makes it OK for Chris this week is he released the album during the 4th of July weekend and sales around this time are usually mad slow (it's a tradition, especially in the US; for the UK, it's just low summer sales, the album only got to #1 there with 30,000 because of it and also because he has a current hit single there). But next week, it'll make a drop probably out of the top 10. |
