Y'know, I don't know what the law is there, but I think this would actually fall under the legislation on child pornography, or at least child protection, if it had been made in the UK. It's obviously not the same as some pervert taking inappropriate pictures of his kids or something, but I'm pretty sure that you can't put sexualised acts or images together with kids and film it; so combining a (half-naked) child with gyrating arses and phallic water pistols - and of course the sexualised lyrical content - in a video designed to titilate would prompt police investigation. Rightly so, in my view, because whoever's making (and profitting or seeking to profit) from the video has put a child in a situation that's quite inappropriate for him at his age, and which risks having a negative impact on his development.

What's really sad is....if this song were released on a major label,it would probably be a Top 10 smash and this boy would become a superstar

I am not going to even watch the whole video, 30 seconds is enough to realize the decay in our society. AND as someone mentioned, HE IS NOT EVEN OLD ENOUGH to watch his own video here..WHAT's wrong with that picture? EVERYTHING. YouTube should just take this down, and the creators of this; needs a reality check. Nothing worst than cashing in on a child, especially if the motives are within an intention of shock value and 'Hey it's cool'. No people, nothing is cool about this..NOTHING.
