One of the mighty maestros of music passed away...R.I.P. Barry White (September 14, 1944-July 4, 2003)

I watched his documentary the other month. Sad how it ended the way it did.

I agree. God bless his children. I felt for Barry, Jr. and Sherera when they talked about their father's final months. Every time I watch that segment I'm almost reduced to tears though I just shake my head and sigh. That man was about love and like his son said, the one thing he wanted in life, he was forced out of it by fools.

R.I.P. Barry.

Yeah his Biography episode is one to watch. Shame that he had to go through that. He was about love his entire life and had to be reduced by hate and greed. They killed him.

Oh no!! No disrespect to Barry White or his version. It's just I've heard Volare so, so, so many times that it kind of grates on me. He definitely changed it up in a good/unique way, though, unlike most singers.

I wonder if Barry was fluent in other languages, explains why he remained so globally popular for so long...

greens (with smoked turkey wings), baked macaroni and cheese

sprinkled with bacon bits, with a bottle of Crush soda, smiling down

I liked it cuz it put his own unique touch on it Have loved it since hearing it in the 90's
