Also, just wanted to add: I'm sure someone will provide a reference for us in the event I've overlooked something, but having reviewed quite a bit of info on Tevin since the start of this thread, I haven't come across anything that seemed to indicate Tevin has been trying to convince anyone of anything regarding his sexuality one way or the other. Not saying he hasn't, just saying I haven't seen it.

2. In that incident from years ago, the undercover cop was posing as a gay prostitute, hence why and how everyone found out about Tevin's homosexuality.

Between the 2:00-3:18 mark, the whole story about Quincy Jones and the people connected to him, including Tevin, is mention.

Like so many other kid artist/singers you wonder if they'll be able to make the transition from young artist to adult artist. Tevin didn't succeed and I'm not sure why --"Back To The World" and "Tevin Cambell" were solid outings still the public can be very fickel. Needless to say he's not the only artist who was hot for a minute but wasn't able to sustain it... music career grave yard are full of artist/singer/ musicians.

not really. no one's thinking about Tevin. AT ALL. therefore, no one is thinking about his scandal. his career was pretty much over by the time it happened anway. that last album had already tanked more than 6 months earlier.

Much controversy around this guy, but I sure hope he releases another album. It's hard to remain in the business after scandal and simply leaving it for a while. It's not a easy thing to enter into, but most importantly STAY within. He has been clouded for quite some time now...

I hope Youtube and the social net work helps him out a great deal though!

He's an amazing artist and his vocals are good!
