Alright.Well today I was watching some of the Vanity 6, Triple Threat tour and thought you know Vanity 6's sound was wack. Period. Yes they made The Mary Jane Girls (whom they where cloned from) look like Tired Church-Hoes, but musically they wasnt that tough. Which leads me down the road where we all know where it ends, Prince has a habit of championing unoriginal artist, while stiffling or holding back others namely the Time, which is a tried and true trait of a HATER.In the Bootsy Collins unsung George Clinton says when Bootsy's Rubber Band came out they where soo hot he let them close the show and Parliament Funkadelic open. Wow. Prince would never do that instead when he felt the Time was hot, he'd actually pull them from shows what a difference. Years back I bought the Rave Fantastic Dvd, it was tough times for Prince his look was wack and he was hanging with Larry Graham and the majority of the performances where forgettable, (how you gone do Sly and The Family Stones songs with everybody BUT Sly, and then dont even execute them well, what did he think? Those where Larrys' songs PLEASE) huge dissapointment. Then theres his feelings towards todays music hes always got an opinion about hip hop but suspiciously always trys to incorporate it into his own stuff and usually with the wackiest talant in the genre??All Im sayin and Im making my presence here known, Im a huge Prince fan, but dude has thrown PLENTY of curb balls and aint by no means perfect and in most instances IS a HATER, so lets get it together going forward with all this holier than thou Prince talk. Lets Discuss...
