Richard Marx set to release another project 6/19 in states and another overseas

Those who think Richard Marx fell off the face of the earth are dead wrong, Richard has actually turned into one of the most successful writers in history, scoring number one hits not just for himself but tons of others as diverse as Josh Goban Nsync Keith Urban and Luther Vandross and many others. Richard also is still the only artist in history to chart his first 7 singles in the top 5, no one has done it before or since. And where as the hits for Richard have been few since the mid 90's he still has been touring writing and releasing albums on his own label and through other channels. Last year Richard returned to the top 20 with "When You Loved Me" and got back into the spotlight with a small tour and media tour, where he showed his honesty and sense of humour about everything from his getting older to his mullet back in the day. Last year Richard did an exclusive release with "Stories to tell" which had a few new songs also him redoing hits electric and acoustic and had a dvd from a uk show a year earlier.

NOw richard surprised fans overseas with a new track "Wouldnt let me Love You" already taking off, the video on youtube has gotten alot of response, especially for the unique band behind Richard, his sons, Richard is releasing now the cd set that was only released here last year overseas, with more new tracks, but not to slight his us fans and make them buy a cd package all over he made a new cd "A night out with friends" a live cd and live dvd cd, and the cd will also contain the new songs made fore the overseas release.

yeah im going post some stuff from the dvd, he is spot on vocally has not lost a step which is scary, because on the last cd where he re-did some of the old hits from the late 80's i thought it was a repackaging of hits....NOPE he was singing them over and sounding vocally the same 25 years later
