I wanted to continue the ABDC 7 thread here in the Music: Non-Prince section this time, becuase this show is music-related. Anyway, Fanny Pak and RNG (Rated Next Generation) were in the bottom 2 again, but surprisingly, neither crew were eliminated.

I like that for them to be so young the step up to every challenge and aren't weak. You have to watch all the crews performances over at least 3 times to see what they do. The camera angles suck so bad, that you miss out on the tricks. But those girls are not to be slept on.

I've watched every crew this season and I'm gonna be very critique about everyone of them. The worst crew (bessides 8 Flavahz) is Mos Wanted, they've become so overrated and their only performance that showed them at their best was the Flo Rida performance, the rest were just mere crap!

First off let me stae thi is the first time to see this show.

American dance crews are often refered to over here but while I was impressed by the 5 crews...I wasn't overly so. Mos Wanted aren't a crew, rather a group of individual members. RNG are just a little better...just a little.

Electrulyte (excuse if spelling is wrong) are pretty well in therebut missing a certrain smoothness that Fanny Pak (such a name, "Fanny" is Ireland's and Uk's word for a vagina) have in spades.

But the guys I was most impressed with was 8 Flavahz, maybe it was because I had written them off at their intro as a bunch of little girls but during their set that were able to inact Moulin Rouge (the movie) to help communicate the Can-can.

Like I said first time watching the show, so I don't have other preformances to compare too.

But overall I was expecting more from American Crews

I love me some 8Flavahz. I've been a fan of theirs since the Madonna challenge. When she did that spin and landed that split like it was nothin...WHAT? I used to think they were gimmick but they've brought it on every performance. These little girls are handing the big boys their asses. They are flawless and tight with their routines and anyone who thinks otherwise isn't really watching this crew as close as they should. They have the 'IT' factor. Personally, I define the 'IT' factor as not just how well a performer executes their talent but how much they emote while doing it. All the best singers in history were amazing at emoting. Whitney Houston's voice is superb but it's the way she emotes every single lyric to make you feel them in your heart and soul that makes her amazing IMHO. Same thing with dancers. Michael didn't just do the choreographed dance steps; he made you feel every rhytmic movement he did causing you to become overjoyed and excited with his performance even more. There are lots of singers and dancers in the world but not all of them emote when they do their performances. I'm really happy they didn't eliminate Fanny Pack and RNG last week because their peformances were solid compared to Most Wanted Crew and Elektrolytes. I really want to see Most Wanted Crew eliminated. I think they are remaining afloat because they are the dance teachers which really doesn't show when I watch their routines. They aren't any cleaner or better than any of the other crews and most of the other crews are youngsters by comparison. I hope 8Flavahz or Fanny Pack win this season. I love ABDC! I think it's really the only good show on MTV and I can't wait to see them do the Rihanna Challenge this week.

Yeah me too, Vogue challenge was the moment I was like Lil Mama....WHAT!? WHAT!?

Dem lil chillennz served it up that night and made me watch it over and over again. There is too much to talk about in that performance....the duck walk, the split out of the turn, the posing while during a handstand, that crazy ass leg lift in the middle where the lil one brings her left ear to her left calf, come on now.....If they did that performance here in NYC at a gay ball event, all you would here is WERK Honey! YAAASSSSSS!

Since that challenge they have done everything you commented on, and that is what has me hooked. I don't like watching some of these shows because to me the one person I think who takes the critque and then builds on it and tops the previous performance is the one I think should win. For Example....Rachel Crowe from the X-Factor, as soon as they voted her off I was so done with the show. The Etta James performance she did... not once but twice was delivered with execution beyond her 13 years at the time. I was so mad and caught up, child it was not pretty.

Anywho.....I gotta check out last night performance and get back with this topic.

I wanted my girls to win but as usual they gave it to ANOTHER b-boy group. The most unique group was IAmMe as far as creativity. Jabbowockeez was hot cuz it was new and noone was doing it. I'm just tired of the same style winning the show over and over again. Don't get me wrong the b-boys can dance their asses off, Elotrolytes were good really good, but not unique. The girls just always threw something in different or unexpected, they was just awesome for me.

Why did LiL Mama say she wanted for her babies to win, that wasn't cool for sure....it was like crazy awkward silence after she said that. I was damn girl, your mouth always gets away from you don't it.

I wish both groups can jump into something great from the exposure and being the last two standing. Especially my lil 8Flavahs, those girls are adorable.
