My only guess, when I turned this on halfway through her performance, was that, in a scenario not dissimilar to the movie Speed, some terrorist had fitted the poor old dear with a suicide vest set to blow and take out half of Buckingham Palace if she dropped below 100 revolutions per minute, forcing her to gyrate torturously for her very life.

This is NOT an easy thing to do....as you age!!! When I was a little girl I could walk around hula-hooping!! Now - fuhgedaboutit!!! I just bought one (from Target so its light weight)..I could only hula for about 3 minutes straight.....for real!!! Grace is the BOMB!!! She's encourage me to pick that mofo back up and keep at it!!!
